3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice. Final pricing will be confirmed in writing after a site visit and assessment.

Payment terms will be outlined in the specific service agreement. Typical terms include:

• Deposit required to commence work
• Progress payments during installation
• Final payment upon completion and handover

4. Warranties

NMCC Solar provides warranties on workmanship and installation as per industry standards. Equipment warranties are provided by manufacturers and vary by product.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Payment according to agreed terms

6. Limitation of Liability

NMCC Solar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service or product.

7. Government Subsidies

For PM-SURYA GHAR and other government schemes, NMCC Solar will assist in the application process. However, final approval and subsidy disbursement are subject to government policies and decisions beyond our control.

8. Force Majeure

NMCC Solar shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government regulations, or supplier issues.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual discussion. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.

10. Changes to Terms

NMCC Solar reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
